How to find Master data of a company, whose name has been changed ?

Dear All,

Kindly guide for the Issue.

If we want to know the master data of a company, whose name has been changed. so how we will find the details of that company, if we don't know the new name of that company ? and also how we will come to know that company's name has been changed ? if we don't know the CIN NO. as well.

Hi Prakash

You go to the Find CIN option on MCA portal and search the company you are looking for with the older name(you must be knowing) by using the last option "Search based on old name of company/LLP". Thereafter, it finds the companies with that older name and simultaneously shows that companies with those older names, their new names and CIN.In this way you will come to know about the new name of the company as well as the CIN based on older name of the company.
