DSC Affixing of Practicing Professional - INC 22 (A Concern)

Dear Friends,

 

Kindly note I am trying to File a Form INC 22. However the DSC of Practicing Professional is not being affixed to the said form after affixing the DSC of the Signatory.

 

Request to advice on the same as this is bit urgent, if any of my friends are going through the same concerns or any remedial measures to be taken in this regard. Many thanks

Kindly note I am process of Incorporation of a New Company. And while Filing INC 22 following error is coming. Also It has came to the knowledge that NO Precertification in INC 22 is required anymore...

Any updation on this?????????

I am facing the DSC problem with DIR-12, SH-7 and MGT-14 also. The form is not allowing us to enter any details in the given field.

Please share solutions if any. I tried speaking to MCA helpline  they are saying that it is working with their form.

Sir,

As per my observation in some of the updated forms which has come on 2nd June, the DSC of practicing Professional is not getting affixed and the same is getting uploaded and approved too.

Have faced the same problem  in DIR 12.

For Small Company (P.U Cap Less than 50 Lacs ) and OPC , Certification of Practicing professional is taken away.

So only director's DSC is sufficient.

I have capital of Rs.1 Lac only, But still I can not upload INC-22 even without Details of Professionals.

It shows error that Signature of Practicing Professional is Required.

Can anybody uploaded same successfully??
