XBRL Errors

Dear All,

We are getting one or the other errors (Validation or prescrutiny) with XBRL conversion. I guess something wrong with Validation tool recently released or with the updated softwares. 

Let me know if anyone is able to upload XBRL forms as per 2016 taxonomy.

We are also facing the errors such as mismatching of Name of the Auditor and CSR related issues etc.

As per my understating the Validation Tool need to be updated further by the MCA.

yes problem with validation tools and the issue is being discussed with mca by the software vendors. lets wait for some solution.

One thing can any one tell me that for 2014-15 auditors report was in a different format but now new tools are also for 2014-15 which is in this year's format so how to do this?

I am getting CSR provisions error. But in the instance document, CSR figures for both the years have been tagged. Despite this, the validation tool throws this error. Can we organize a signature campaign asking MCA to extend the filing date till next month end at the least? This may give some time for MCA to rectify the bugs in validation tool. Expert views are solicited.

We also got the similar reply. It is highly objectionable. MCA can not stop the filing if the name of the Auditor in PAN and ICAI records is not matching. In that solution could be Auditor should change his ICAI records as per his PAN. Then ICAI should take action and forward a report of change to MCA. Then only prescrutiny will be through. 

It is unreasonable.
