DSC Error for LLP Filings

Dear Members,

While filing form 3 of the LLP we are getting an error that the DSC of the Director is not associated on MCA Portal

But while creating Business User to associate the DSC we are getting the errors screenshot of the same is attached herewith.

Kindly let us know what can be done as its very urgent.
