Hi.. We have received the resubmission for incorporation. I am unable to upload the form sometimes it shows error that the required DSCs are not affixed and most of the time it will not display any error but upload will not be successful.

If I try to edit just to download on today's date and affix dscs, the form is blank.  Kindly advise.
