What should be the attachment for proof of dispatch?

if hand delivery then receiving copy along with the stamp of the company
if through courier then there must be courier proof, that will be treated as valid attachment.

Pl. affix rubber-stamp of the company with wordings " Received" on copy of resignation letter.

If the resignation is received on the same copy then that copy will be attached as proof plus notice of resignation?

you have to attach two separate copies one without receiving one receving

file first dir 11 then dir 12.. board resolution for dir-12


“RESOLVED THAT the resignation of Mr._______ (DIN: 00938990) from the directorship of the Company as per his letter dated June 20, 2014 be and is hereby noted and Mr.________ be discharged of all responsibilities on and from the date of his resignation letter.

“RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr.________, Director of the Company, be and is hereby authorized to file requisite forms with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana and to do all such acts, deeds, things, matters as may be required for above purpose.”

Please don't file Dir-11 first. The resigned director DSC will be revoked and you not able to file Dir-12.
