Unspent CSR

Dear All

In FY 23-24 CSR triggered however company has not done any CSR activity post applicability.

For Filing Form AOC-4 FY 24-25 which option should be selected as company has not yet done any spending yet.

Options:

1. Section 135

2. Report for unspent CSR amount

3. Not applicable - can't select this option as CSR applicability already triggered.
