MGT-10 : Help solicited

I could download MGT-10 form for filing today. But Instructions in the Kit do not work in the Form.

For example, in the case of Promoters and Top 10 shareholders, there is no change in their holdings for years. If I leave the total persons field blank, the form mandates me to fill number. When I put 10 and start filling their details, I get the message that Change in holdings column should not be zero; whereas, the Kit says zero can be filled in such a column !

I wrote to MCA Help Desk because it is just a technical issue that needs to be clarified... but I am advised to raise a ticket. And alas, MCA site does not work now !

I would be grateful for expert guidance in filling the form (because, filing is at God's Will).

SAME WAS DIFFICULTY WITH ME. EVEN I RAISED THE QUERRY IN MCA TILL DATE NO RESPONSE FROM THERE SIDE.

First thing why you are filig form MGT 10 wen there is no change in shareholding?

 

Second thing, instruction kit clearly says that zero cannot be put.

My brother also facing similar kind of problem in Form ADT 3, The error message shows that date of resignation is either smaller than the appointed from date or greater than appointed to date.

 

While the form ADT 3 nowhere asks for either ot these two dates.

 

Its really a very cumbersome job to file forms at MCA.

 

Dear Srinivasan ji, many stakeholders did the same thing what MS. Neha has suggested as regarding all such forms.

 

As you always say, there is no point in striking ur head against the ironwall of MCA.

Page # 4 Point # 5 says, zero cannot be entered.

But Page # 6, Column # 4 says, zero can be entered. I referred to ONLY this.

Lastly, there is a change in general - someone bought extra shares to test my patience with MCA !

if someone else has bought extra shares then only enter his details in the form and not all others.

That is what I did but my Form mandates me to fill the Promoters....... field !

I tried twice and then left it to God.

Pl down load fresh form and try. New form has no such restrictions
