Change in CIN in case of change in the industrial activity

Dear Members,

The Company is altering its MOA by deleting its main objects and adopting new objects resulting in change of industrial activity. Will the CIN of the Company be changed in this case?

While taking approval of the draft MOA, we will have to get it approved with the previous CIN and then accordingly intimate the same after receipt of Certificate?

Do we require mentioning of CIN change in the resolution and are there any other compliance needs to be followed?

If there is change in activity code,  then when the form is approved the CIN number will automatically change based on the activity code specified in the MGT 14 form.

Once the CIN no is changes, you have to incorporate in the letterhead, name board and Board papers and EGM papers where company CIN no is speicfied.
