Format of Explanatory Statement as per Companies Act, 2013

Can any one please provide me the Explanatory Statement format as per new Companies Act, 2013. As our Company is borrowing under section 293(1)(d) of Companies Act, 1956, but section 102 of Companies Act, 2013 has been implemented which talks about Explanatory Statement. So please provide
