Dear Member,

Please note the following for opening branches:-

1. Obtain Board Approval through Resolution

2. Necessary Rental Agreements for respective branches needs to be arranged.

3. If its a trading unit, obtain VAT or service unit then Service Tax Registration.

4. Apply for professional tax registration and shops and establishment registration if applicable.
