In Principle Approval from RBI in INC-7 - URGENT

Dear All,

I am trying to incorporate a Chit Fund Company and Form INC-7 is asking for in-principle approval from RBI.  I have given a declaration that the Company shall not commence its business unless it obtains approval from the Registrar of Chits.  The Form is put for re-submission seeking in-principle approval from RBI.

As far as my knowledge goes RBI is not the authority to issue in-principle approval.

What is the way out ?  Kindly help.

correct, you need to get approval from Registrar of Chits and not RBI. talk to Corporate Seva kendra, explain your point, they will guide you.
