Format of Authority Letter.

Dear Members,

We want to registered company B at the same place where company A is already registered. Company A has taken this premises on rent for its business purpose.

As per the new form 18 company B has to attached with the form "A proof that the company is permitted to use the address as the registered office of the company ......... (it is mandatory if registered office is owned by other entity / person (not taken on lease by company)"

So, Members, my query is from whom we will have to get this authority letter, Original owner of the premises or Co A, which is already taken it on rent.??

Kindly also provide the format of Authority Letter.

please take it as most urgent, as we are very near of the last date.

Sir, as i mentioned that the same premises is already rented to other company so in this case what will be roll of that other company???

in this case too we have to get NOC only from Actual owner or that other co also??

I am confusing because some senior members suggested that we can take NOC from that other company and there is no need to noc from house owner.

Please suggest further....
