UDIN Query

Dear Members,

We signed an MGT-7 on 2nd March,2022 and as Amnesty scheme is going on we want to generate UDIN for the same but after login date is not getting clicked any clue on it....??

Is that the reason....any body generated UDIN yesterday..of prior period as mentioned in UDIN amnesty Scheme ???

Point 10 of the ICSI UDIN Amnesty Scheme, 2022 under ICSI UDIN Guidelines, 2019 provides as under:

In case(s) where the UDIN has not been generated, it will be mandatory to generate the UDIN before filing the request under this Scheme.

Point 20 of the FAQs on ICSI UDIN Amnesty Scheme, 2022 provides as under:

20. If I have not generated the UDIN earlier, can it be generated now?

In case(s) where the UDIN has not been generated, it will be mandatory to generate the UDIN before filing the request under this Scheme.

So kindly generate the UDIN using Generate UDIN icon in the current date and thereafter click on the Amnesty Scheme icon and select the UDIN for modification/rectification.

FAQs and Guidelines on ICSI UDIN Amnesty Scheme, 2022 are attached for reference.
