In the application form for NBFC registration, there is a point "Whether the company has been issued a
Certificate in terms of Circular DFC (COC) No. 2/02/04/96-97, dated July 24,
1996 " Yes /No
I searched in RBI website but cant get the said circular and what that certificate meant ???
