TO KEEP BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS AT A PLACE OTHER THAN THE REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE COMPANY

“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to provisions of Section 128 of the Companies Act, 2013 and any other applicable provisions, including any amendments thereto for the time being in force, the Books of Accounts and other relevant books and papers and financial statement for every financial year of the Company shall be kept at __________________________________________________ with effect from ____________________.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT any director of the Company be and is hereby authorized to file e-form AOC-5 with the Registrar of Companies and to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be deemed necessary to effect to the above passed resolution”
