Can anyone provide me draft of notice and director report of OPC.

Dear Sir,

In that case you do not need to hold AGM, (tick not applicable) Just Attach Directors report and Financial Statement in the Form AOC 4, In Director Report according to section 134 sub sec (4) in case of OPC, mean a report containing explanations or comments by the Board on every qualification, reservation or adverse remark or disclaimer made by the auditor in his report.

I am trying to Pre fill the DIN in the Form AOC 4, but getting a error "enter a valid Din", Forms are Getting Modified on 1/10/2015, hopefully will get a solution for this.
