Pay later not paid

What will the implication of not paying pay later within stipulated time. As I'm shocked to see on 15 of Oct I have uploaded 45 ADT's through pay later for which I thought paylater is for 7 days but expiration date comes to 16 Oct. Now on that Day site was under maintanence. Now what to do ? MCA is not accepting payment. "SRN has been expired".

Upload the forms after 8 working days

expiry of pay later challan is 7 days from the uploading of form or expiry of due date of filing that form(i.e. 15/30/60 days from event date for annual filing forms)  whichever is earlier.

Last date for filing might have been 15.10.2015, that is why you were not provided 7 days' time for payment.  ADT- 1 is required to be filed within 15 days after such appointment ( section 139). Now you have to file the same with additional fee.

This can't be the reason. Now i'm again uploading the form with the late fee and paylter due date of payment coming for the 7 days.
