- Can we file straight DIR-3 KYC, instead of first filing DIR-6(in case change in partculars of DIN)?

- If DSC is still valid with different details in documents which are not at present?

Rule 12A:
Every individual who has been allotted a Director Identification Number (DIN) as on 31st march of a
financial year as per these rules shall, submit e-form DIR-3-KYC to the Central Government on or before
30th April of immediate next financial year.

Provided that every individual who has already been allotted a Director Identification Number (DIN) as at
31st March, 2018, shall submit eform DIR-3 KYC on or before 31st August, 2018."

form is available on MCA now.. in chrome its not showing but in internet explorer its showing and can be downloaded.

Yes it's better to take it. I want to ask whether we have to certify attached docs or it needs to be self attested by the applicant only. From form language it appears professional need to certify attached document. Pls confirm..

If I move downwards towards the certification part, you will find one of the mandatory option which states that "I have verified & attested the documents of the applicant based on the original documents produced before me".
Hence it's mandatory for professionals to attest the documents also
