Some Eforms like Form 21, 61 etc will not be available to public inspection.

Apparently these are not a public documents. I also cannot find form 23.

You will definitely find e-form 23 filed online.

If Form 23 is being shown in "view public documents", it will be available for public inspection. First verify from view public documents.

Hi Rajesh,

I am actually carrying out certain exercise in 7 private limited companies. I can find form 23 only in one, however related attachments are available in each company. Can't understand the logic behind it.

If the company has not filed the related e-form, u will not find it.

 

Confirm with such pvt. enetities, whether they have filed e-form 23 for the said resolution for which you are seeking the same in other company.

Often it happens with MCA website that even after filing of forms by Company it is not showing on view public documents for inspection purpose. 

In my own company annual filing forms of 2007 is not available for ROC inspection though we have filed.

It is some kind of technical error from ROC

You are 100% right. I've seen this error so many times that I've started doubting the purpose of MCA. This is a very common occurrence in case of Karnataka RoC. In case of one company incorporated in 2012 of Mumbai ROC, none of the incorporation documents are available online. I raised a ticket in two such cases, and was rewarded with the "your query is resolved" email, when the situation remains same as it is.
This being state of affairs, I don't know if MCA is supposed to be a big joke on us. We could have kept up with and tolerated all sort of procedures and formalities in MCA, if it was at least possible that this is a fool-proof system where public can easily access documents online. But this is not the case.

I'm seeing this in case of most of the Companies I do an online inspection of.

Dear Member,
I had also experienced the same thing. The documents were not reflecting on the portal.  After waiting for one week, I had raised the ticket alongwith the details of form and SRN aganist which form is filed and within two days my query was resolved . My advice in such case is to first check the status of the form, whether form is approved or not.Wait for one week and then raise the ticket alongwith details. I think the query will be resolved.
