DIR-3 WEB KYC ERROR

Hi

Has anybody filed DIR-3 WEB KYC for FY 2023-24 ? 

While trying to update web KYC for the financial year 2023-24 the system is reflecting an error, that 

Please file eform DIR3 KYC for the first time. 

While In Fact  DIR-3 KYC was already filed by the stakeholders in the year 2018.  

There is no need to file DIR-3 KYC again  unless there is any change in particulars of the Directors.

if last year it was eform, then this year its web based and vice versa. MCA is upside down.

THE SITE HAS BEEN WORST FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS.

Yes, FIR 3 KYC needs to be filed. Hope there is no filing fees for the same. 

Can a PCS file for n number of directors though his log in, or do we hv to create seperate log in for each director with his email id, mobile number? 

Can my learned friends clarify on this please.

Both options are available and the moot question is why this time we need to file a  KTC form  is it inefficient for the service provider?
