We have registered for SINGLE MASTER FORM , pls suggest shall we need new registration towards FLA filing.

Hi,

For new user registration, an Authority letter (in Fixed Format) needs to be submitted. Is the format specifically prescribed by law or a general format would do?

For FLAIR  Verification letter and   Authority letter soft copy  is available on FLAIR portal we need to use the same.

I have mentioned Correct CIN and PAN No. in both 1. Letter formats and 2. user login page.  even though I'm getting following  errors:   


1. Provided CIN Does Not match

2. Provided Authorised PAN No. does not match. 

Please suggest some solution for the same.

Dear Swetha,


Initially i dropped a mail on the given email ID stating aforesaid issue. They said to read user manual carefully. Then i have tried to enter the fills with manual n all but didnt work. Thereafter i had called help desk then Madam have said details should match with the information provided in "verification and Authority letter". that also have ensured even though I'm getting an error.

WE I AM FACING AN ERROR:

  • Provided CIN/LLPIN/SEBI does not match with CIN/LLPIN/SEBI provided in CIN / PAN Verification
  • Provided authorized PAN Number does not match with PAN Number provided in CIN / PAN Verification

What kind of ease is this.. Wouldn't it made sense if RBI would have given the option in SMF registration itself.. Instead of creating a new portal.. God knows what they are trying to achieve

I would suggest you to not to change the format of verification letter and after making suitable changes save the word file as PDF instead of scanning and use explorer while registering.
