Date of signing of Balance sheet and Board Report

Dear  Members,

Can the Directors signed the Balance sheet and Board Report in different dates.

In first Board meeting , Directors has signed the Balance sheet

In second Board meeting ,  Can the Directors signed the Directors report.

Is this any restrictions as per act.

Yes practically it is done that way only. The two documents are signed on different dates.

Mr Patel has rightly said there is no restriction as regard to signing of balance sheet and boards' report in the same meeting as per co act 2013. I know companies who does like this.

You can call AGM by sending 21 clear days notice. so hold BM before 21 days of AGM and Authorised either CS or Some other authorised person to send notice to members.
