Dear Members,

I have uploaded all the docs and e-forms to process the stamp duty payment ONLINE. Its been a week , still status is showing "Request Initiated".

My last day for submission is 25.03.2016, which is approching.Should i visit the Revenue department , delhi or it will be cleared online, please suggest.

If u have paid all the stamp duty but still the status is reflecting for Request Initiated u should file the complain ur problem will resolve..

Hi all,

Even my application is pending on shcil estamp since 20.01.2016. I have coordinated with stockholding many times but they are telling that Revenue Dept. will proceed the matter.

And in Revenue Dept. no one is picking the call and there is no mail id on which we can mail the grieviance.

Can anyone suggest how to resolve the issue.

same problem I am facing since 22.03.2016. in case you found some solution kindly share with me to follow.

Dear Members,

I have issued shares on 21.03.2016 and logged in on SHCIL website for payment of stamp duty on share certificates. Since then status is appearing as "Request Initiated".

Not able to make payment as online challan is not being generated as the status is not confirmed till date.

On contacting SHCIL people they are saying we can not do anything till it is confirmed by collector.

Kindly guide me.
