ADDITTIONAL FEE FOR FILING OF ADT-1 IN GNL 2

Dear All,

I am facing a problem while filing ADT-1 in GNL-2. As per rules we have to file ADT-1 within 15 days of appointment. I have filed couple of them late and paid normal filing fees. I received an e-mail from MCA AS UNDER -

This is to inform you that in term of Rule 10 of the Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, the above-cited Form GNL-2 dated 10-10-2014 filed by INDUS ENGICONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED vide SRN C25676081 has been examined and marked as Pending for user clarification with the following remarks-

        

Additional fees is to be submitted for delay in filing the form by 1 day. Please also attach proof of payment of additional fee i.e Challan copy

In view of the above, you are therefore, directed that  Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed complete in all respects by 30-10-2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record or transaction shall be cancelled.

 

For time being we logged in and paid the additional fee under pay misc fees. and attached the challan in F-67.

MY QUERRY IS WHAT WE SHOULD DO IN THIS SITUATION? In present situation first I have to upload the form then wait for e-mail or status update from MCA and then pay add. fee

Dear Narendra Ji,

They differ as per AGM. I know we are late but my point is I dnt hv any issue in paying additional fee but MCA should itself calulate and give now right now I m myself calculating my labour is twice first pay nrmal challan then addittional by other means and then submit F-67 what is remedy for this

There is no remedy for this,

The new forms are itself horrible,

the new Rules are not still understood by Professionals as well as MCA peoples.

Literally these issue sucks they consume lot of time double labour.  MCA should really take steps else filling a single document will be a pain

Madam,

I have to upload GNL1 for compounding of offence.

I have tried to upload it atleast 40 times but there is error that "some fields are missing"  I have raised query 2 times but still not get any ans from MCA

My professional friends also tried but same error

neha some people are paying additional fee by way of miscellaneous fee and adding that receipt in gnl-2

All were in 15 days slot so I paid double and attached the challan in F-67.

I have around fourth companies Adt1 after 15days but before 30days

All of them are approved.

Now aim bit shocked when others say they have this problem.

My forms r filed with Roc.Hyderabad

I wonder if at all have to pay penalty,

It would be huge

example:

1. normal fee 500 (within 15days)

2.normal fee 500 + addittional fee 500 (after 15 days upto 30days) = Rs. 1,000.00
