Form LLP 3 in V3

Dear all,

Has anyone filed form LLP 3 in the new LLP module for changes in the LLP agreement? I am getting the following errors while filling the form:

- It only considers the individual designated partners and completely ignores the individual partners and body corporate partners.

-In point 19(a) it does not prefill the details of all partners contributions as it ignores the partners which are not individual designated partners.

-In profit sharing ratio column, it's only accepting the complete/whole values, and throws an error if values in decimal are entered.

-Does not show the correct existing partner's contribution.

-Shows Body corporate DP nominee as Designated partner and does not allow to change it.

-Does not allow to proceed to FORM - 4 LLP.

-Shows the date of initial agreement as 01/01/1970 and does not allow to modify the same.

The MCA is not responsive at all as i have raised multiple tickets and the help line proved useless as well. Please let me know how to resolve these issues and fill the form correctly.

Hi 

Can you please help to Login in the new Portal. I am trying to login with old credentials but it Portal is not accepting.

Today I register again with my email id, but after login with email id no resubmission is appearing.

However We are getting mail to resubmit the form.

Hello,

You will have to login through old credentials.

Use old username and your PAN no. will be the password. 

If your pan is not updated in your old profile simply click on forgot password and reset the password.
