Hi Shakuntala

Please note that Form 7B has to be presented to the appropriate authority before execution.. Sec 108(1A)(a)

Hence, if you are planning to use this form to get it signed by transferor and transferee, it may not work - you have get the form from Stock Exchange / RoC as applicable..
