DIN and DPIN - LLP

Dear all,

I am trying to associate DSC of a designated partner and the partner has only DIN and DPIN has not been obtained. I tried Associating DSC in llp portal and entered the details and I am getting an error stating that the first name does not match with the Certificate. In fact the details I've entered is based on the DIN Approval letter issued by DIN Cell and the names are matching. Can anyone help in solving this issue? Please treat it as urgent and help.

Plz check whether dsc is obtained in the name different with those mentioned in DIN. Name should not mismatch.

I think there is a mismatch between first and last name of the Director. In that case what can be done? Kindly help.

I've used the same DSC to file Form 1 (Name availability). Now, there's a problem in entering the details in Form 2 since the Designated partner doesn't have a DPIN. What can be done? Can DPIN be obtained or get a new DSC. Pls advise.

If DP has DIN then DPIN is not required. Name of the DP must be same for both DIN and DSC. If name is different in DSC then obtain a new dsc with the name appearing in DIN of DP.
