Conversion of Private Limited Company into OPC

Dear professional colleague ...

With respect to the captioned subject,

We have filed the form INC-6 for conversion of Private Limited into OPC. Ministry upon verification send it for resubmission with following remarks:

1. Provide the consent of the nominee in form INC-3 along with all enclosures.

2. provide Certified true copy of altered MOA subsequent to conversion with proper footnote. 

Please clarify my query : pursuant to MCA latest notification, form INC-3 has been removed from the rules and consent of nominee declaration is in form INC-6 only. no need to attach separate file with INC-6.

2. MOA of the OPC must include the name of the nominee. Please clarify where should I mention the name of the nominee in amended MOA

Kindly help me at the earliest.
