It is a point of concern that why only ICSI is being so liberal to the students of ICAI & CWA if the same is not reciprocated from their institutes. Does ICSI only wants to emphasize on its revenue and improve its balance sheet?

I think that this is the time to draw the attention of the Institute towards the improving the academic issues rather than improving the revenues.

Mr. Sachin,

In every Company having paid up share capital Rs. 5 CR or more, only Company Secretary is appointed as per Section 383, now provide me the Section which relates to the appointment of CA.

Now further if one person having CS degree and CA degree then company will appoint that person on the other hand person who having CS degree he will not be appointed.

so decision taken by ICSI good haina dost.....................................

If ICSI is coming forward with these kind of exemptions, we expect other two institutes to grant same benefits to CS students. Anything wrong in expecting this??

Question of 'generating revenue' is secondary, dont want to comment on that.

Sachin is right...there should be equal opportunities for cs students
as well,, already market of CS is not that good...person having both
degree CA & CS will be preferred instead CS only..
