Share price change in Rights issue and Private Placement

Hi members,

Please provide solution for the below query:

The FMV of a company is 50. If they issue shares at Rs. 200 in the Rights issue now and within a month, if they issue shares at Rs. 66 through private placement. Will there be any complications?
