Dear Professional,
Please guide me regarding procedure to surrender name to MCA (ROC) after the recent amendments .
Actuary we have applied for a name which was approved by MCA but now management want to make slight change in the name but the new name is very much similar to already approved name so please guide me.

Hello,
You can apply the new name in a fresh form and leave the previous one unused, it will automatically expire after 60 days of issue.

if ur comp is existing company then u can apply for another new name after filing fresh form INC-1.........

Dear Mam,
Thank you for your reply, Do i need to send letter with Affidavit of the directors mentioning that they will not use the name which is already approved by ROC/MCA , or Simple letter will work ?
And to whom I have to address the letter ROC or MCA ?

Dear Sir,
Please sent affidavit to ROC for withdrawal of name.
Pls sent affidavit, Name approval Letter and covering Letter....
RoC will intimate the same with giving opportunity of 15 days...after 15 days name will be expired...

Can you please tell me that what amount of stamp paper should be use for the affidavit and whether it is required to provide the affidavit by all directors or any one on behalf of all (3 in my case ) ?

affidavit on Rs. 100 Stamp paper and by all the directors....u have mentioned the name of all directors in 1 affidavit..

Yes , but when I try to file another INC-1 , the ROC replied that the name is very much similar to existing name . and we don't have time for 60 days .thats why.....
