Registered Status

This applies to Straight Through Processing (STP) or Conditional STP forms where automated checks pass, booking the filing immediately without human intervention. The form is considered processed and compliant for record purposes.

Approved Status

Forms under Non-STP or those flagged for review (e.g., due to errors or mismatches) require RoC scrutiny; approval confirms correctness after examination. Users receive email notification upon approval
