You may initially register wiyh 2 designated partners   after regn  add one more partner.

What should be the steps in this case sir....

1. First file form Fillip for incorporation of LLP with 2 DPs
2. Apply for DPIN of 3rd DP using llp resolution
3. File form 4 for appointment of DP
4. File form 3 for initial LLP agreement... 

or should I to add DP after filing initial LLP agreement and later on form 3 and 4 for addition and supplementary agreement

which option is correct??
