Electronic stamp duty

Dear members,

Point no. 10 stamp duty we will pay it electronically however point no. 10 ii it's taking manual. Should I raise ticket with mca. The registered office of the Company is at uttarakhand

I think uttarakhand is not accepting e stamp payment as other state do.
