Clarification on Validity of e-Stamp Paper with “NA” in Second Party Name

I seek your clarification regarding the validity of an e-Stamp paper in which the Second Party name has been entered as “NA”. Kindly confirm whether mentioning “NA” in place of the actual party name renders the e-Stamp paper invalid under the applicable e-Stamping or Stamp Act provisions.

The stamp paper remains valid provided the first name under which the stamp paper is issued is the party to the agreement annexed to the stamp paper.
