format of legal notice

Kindly provide the format of legal notice to be issued in the case of  bouncing of cheque.

i think legal notice will be issued only by advocate whereas we can send ordinary notice containing the following details

1)  subject

2)  purpose for which cheque has been given

3)  Date of present to the bank

4)  return of cheque

5)  conclusion that within 15 days, you are requested to send us demand draft in the absence, appropriate legal action will be taken against you

i hope that based on the above, you can draft notice and send across
