INC-22_ Company's name and address outside Registered Office

Dear Members,

As per the requirement of Form INC-22 in the upgraded portal of MCA, photographs of Registered Office showing external building and inside office also showing therein at least one director/ KMP is a mandatory attachment. 

As per Section 12(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has to paint or affix its name, and the address of its registered office, and keep the same painted or affixed, on the outside of every office or place in which its business is carried on, in legible letters (also in local language).

Kindly confirm whether mentioning the name and address of the registered office is mandatory in local language also.
