Add the below point for 12A registration

1.            IRREVOCABILITY: - “Trust Name” whose cancellation is not possible after it goes into effect is known as an irrevocable trust. Control and power on assets transferred do not remain with the trustee. Hence cannot be altered.

 

2.           BENEFICIARIES ARE A SECTION OF THE PUBLIC AND NOT SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS: - That the beneficiaries are sections of the public and not specific individuals.

 

RESIDUARY: - For matters not provided for in these presents, the provisions of The Income Tax Act, 1961, and rules made there under will apply accordingly
