Is there anything defined / laid out or explained in terms of compliance related to the two specifics
Given that the salary of the employee is meagre & loan amount is comparatively big, should the company be looking into deeper aspects of conditions of service & if yes, in what possible manner. Similarly remuneration policy..should something in documentation be present with the company in terms of remuneration policy & if it does not have, should something be documented or can it ignore it
