FSSAI Registration

Dear Members 

One of my clients plans to register for FSSAI as he is starting a new business line involving the import of vegetables for sale in the market. Could you advise whether a state or central registration would be required for this purpose.

If seed is is for agriculture/sowing only no fssai required, if it is for human consumption in seed form then fssai will be required.
