Dear Friends,
 
One of our group company is giving loan of Rs.50 Lacs to another Limited Company outside the group.Our company wants to enter into a loan agreement with that Limited company.The agreement will cover all terms and condition of loan including interest/principal repayment,premature repayment etc
 
Can any one please provide a sample loan agreement for the purpose?
