Dear Friend,

Partnership Act, 1932, is silent about it.

But according to Indian Contract Act 1872, NRI can enter into partnership contract if he is competent as per this Act.

Thanking you,

Warm Regards

He can become a partner ad contribute his amount of contribution and even RBI has issued a specific regulation for it named as FEM (investment in Proprietorship or firm in India) Regulation 2000.

I hope after viewing the above stated regulation it will clear your doubt.

Thanks
