Facing difficulty in filing Form 3 for LLP

Hi All,

Can anybody guide me how to access form 3 to file LLP agreement. I'm trying from the morning but it is guiding me back to home page.

Even  Filip  form  not  able  to type  CiN  no of the company  (  conversion from Pvt  toLLP)
