Actually it was due to a registered user i was unable to see that form.

But tell me in case of group of companies do we need to create business user id for every company

It is nice to hear that you have successfully filed CHG1, for past 1 week i have been trying to upload but it is showing "Digital Signature validation is failed, kindly affix Valid DSC" do not know how to resolve this issue.

can u please help me in this regards

I have created business user ID for all the three 1. Director 2. professional and .Bankers (Charge Holder) and DSC also registered with respective business user ID.

Could u please if anything is missed out kindly let me know

Please use this trick, pointed out by one of our group members here. We are all trying to upload form in which DSC of Director, Bank and professional has been affixed. So always the V3 throws up the error. Please try to upload the form in which only Director and Bank DSC is affixed (i.e., without professional's DSC). This worked for me, and hope it works for you too.. Pl update here if you were successful. All the best

I have solution for uploading of CHG Forms.

Prepare form and affix dsc on the same if at the time of uploading it is showing that "DSC Verification failed" then keep that signed form in your folder, login V3 and click on EDIT button on the same CHG Form then save and submit it again but no need to download that Form again.

Now upload the that older one signed CHG Form, it will work, I was also facing "DSC Verification failed" error since 4-5 days and today I tried the same process and upload 2 CHG Forms successfully.

Exactly , the same way we have also filed and helped filing CHG 1, CHG 4 and CHG 9 forms. Plz  drop msg or whatsapp me the error shot for details or feel free to call for this error resolution.

For DSC validation error either edit the form and download new but upload old signed form after ur DSC affixation. Or file without attaching professional DSC for now and make payment .  I hav done filing both way. But as our colleagues Rajvi Seth and Gitika Arora mailed earlier process for filing in this error , and IMO we shall edit form  & save or download and upload previous signed form  without error.  ( Plz ensure that SRN is same, if u filled new form and new SRN is generated than u will again get error)

Also Thanks to others for sharing their experience and letting us know the process. I urge everyone to come forward and help each other by sharing their error and resolutions. Queries will lead us to resolutions in this V3.

DSC is already registered .

Inspite of complaint raised to mca no resolution.

Recently i have also uploaded the same CHG-1 after many struggles, now i am facing one more new technical problem that is " unable to submit " it is not showing any error, even i tried to do it afresh but that is also not working.

Pls let me know if you have any suggestion on this ;)

Need to inform you that for uploading all the eforms one has to register on MCA V3 as a professional business user. 

If you are regiatered as a professional business user on MCA V3 im that case you can file any form of any company or LLP. 

If you are a director and regiatered on V3 as a business user then you will be able to file only those form related the companies and llp's in which you are a director. 

If you have created a business user of a company or llp then in that case you will be able to fill those forms only which are related to your company.
