Anyone know another option where we can pay stamp duty on share transfer the stamp duty amount is less than 3000/-

The General Stamp office is not functioning from last 2 months.

Plz find procedure to make payment through e-SBTR

Hi Suresh 

Is they are accepting cash payment as I do not have bank account with bank of Maharashtra, previously they were accepting and I tried from chrome agin but acknowledgement not getting generated.

Can anyone pls do let me know which bank branch is accepting cash payment or which bob branch is providing esbtr facility as I contacted many branch they are denying.

Pls do reply it would be highly helpful for me.

When generating challan they are asking for attached details. Do you have any idea on this?

BOM -           Opp. K E M Hospital Gate No -4 (Prabhadevi)

In the case of details means just name of the Transferor and Transferee, Amt of Consideration, Article No., Amt of Stamp Duty etc.

it is just basic information required by Bank.

Hi Suresh,

No, until you don't fill the full information like ISIN FV Market Value Date of issue and date of maturity the form is not going ahead.

Not sure which date has to be inserted in date of issue and date of maturity.

I checked for BOM very minimum details they ask but for IDBI they are asking above mentioned details.
