Issue in Filing ADT-1 for FY 2019-20 Without Previous Auditor Filing ADT-3

Dear All,

For FY 2019-20, we have received resignation letter from existing auditor recently. However, outgoing auditor has not filed ADT-3 till date.(As SRN of ADT 1 is missing from his side)

Can the company now proceed with appointment of new auditor and file ADT-1 on MCA V3 portal without ADT-3 by previous auditor?

Has anyone practically faced rejection/resubmission issues for such old pending cases?
