Refund Form for (Spice part A- after rejection)

I've made an application for name reservation in spice part A which eventually got rejected

On the MCA website it says one can apply for refund in the Refund Form for the spice+ Forms 

However the refund form doesn't accepts my SRN

I've also called help desk, they said Refund Form is available for Spice part B forms not for Part A can anyone please provide me clarity on it

You cannot claim refund of RUN / Spice Part A Fees as your request.

You can claim a refund of Spice Part B on specific grounds. 

Refund will be like: MCA Fees from MCa & Stamp duty from concerned State.

I filed Spice Part B, but it was sent for Re-Submission. I didn't do the re-submission. Can I claim the refund of Fees paid for Incorporation?
