Filing of FC-FPR without FIRC

Dear Friends,

Our company have received a foreign remittance few years back for which no FIRC certificate is available or may it has not been taken from the bank.

My query can FC-GPR be filed without FIRC certificate.

Please help.

I do not think it is possible to file FCGPR without a FIR Certificate Number. Pl check with ur Bank where u had initially deposited the money and did not obtain the FIRC.

Dear Sir,

 

Please note that before filling of Form FC-GPR you need to file advance reporting form and for that purpose you will be needing FIRC.

 

For FIRC you may approach AD bank alongwith the bank account statement of that period for issuance of duplicate FIRC, in case AD don't support you then you may contact to RBI Regional Office so that they can give instructions to you AD and normally RBI support's for the same if the case is genuine.

Dear Sir,

1. After receiving the payment AD bank definitely ask Annex 

2. For this they will issue a FIRC

3. After collecting annex and Fema idemn. they sent the same to RBI

4. For this RBI will give UIN

5. we have to provide the UIN in FC GPR

But in you question you have omitted all the requirement but you have filled theFC GPR the all requirement you have to fulfill then only your application will be process for FC GPR no.
