Regarding NOC Letter

Dear member's i am incorporating a LLP and the name of the LLP is similar to the company which is already registered under companies act so please provide me the NOC format which i attach with LLP form 1.

Noting of request of Mr. _____

Chairman informed the board about the request received from Mr. ______ for the NOC of “---------------PRIVATE LIMITED” to use the Name “_________” resemblance with the name of of the company,  in the name of the proposed company (ies)/ LLP promoted by Mr. ________. After the discussion following resolution has been passed:

 

"RESOLVED  THAT the Company does not have any objections to use the word “____________” resemblance with the name of of the company,in the name of the proposed Company (ies) /LLP, if promoted by Mr. _________.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT, any of the Directors of the company be and is hereby authorized to provide certified true copy of this resolution to Mr.____________    to submit it to the concern authority as when required and to do all such acts, deeds, matters and things as may be necessary and expedient to give effect to the forgoing resolution."
